Mayor of Srinagar Joins Hands with Ehsaas International to support fire victim patients of Bone & Joint Hospital

Keeping in the view the large scale devastation caused by the fire to the biggest Bone & Joint Hospitals in Kashmir, Ehsaas International organized a Blanket Distribution Drive at the JVC Hospital in the early morning of 7th March 2022.
For Ehsaas International, it’s not about changing the lives of the people but doing something even more basic than that – making them survive – enabling them to fight their battle of survival against the recent incident of Fire.
Along with the team of Ehsaas International, the drive witnessed the presence and appreciation of Mr Junaid Matto, Mayor of Srinagar. Mr Junaid Matto in his casual visit to the hospital joined hands in our distribution drive. He was very happy to see the valour with which the drive was carried out by the volunteers of our Team. ” Ehsaas International is a movement altogether, it continues to inspire and be always at the forefront. Be it Covid, when they started the Covid Hospital with the SMC or other community excellence programmes, Ehsaas International is at the Frontline” said Junaid Matoo. He lauded the support reassuring greater collaborations in the near future for furthering development and upliftment.
The JVC administration also hailed the effort and supported the noble cause for the wellbeing of the transferred patients.
“The purpose of distributing blankets to the patients today spreads the message of Compassion, love and community spirit ” says Hakim Mohammad Ilyas, General Secretary, Ehsaas International.
