Education and Beyond – A Mega Event organised to present performance of Students of Coaching Centres run by Ehsaas International
6-04-2021. An event titled Education and Beyond, A Mega Event was organised by Ehsaas International at Tagore Hall Srinagar where in students from various coaching centres run by Ehsaas International participated and performed different activities. Rouf, songs, speeches, Karate, ladishah, skits and many more such activities were performed by the students. The Teachers engaged to run this initiative were felicitated by the trust, Mr. Adnan Shan CEO, Fashion Feista philanthropy partner of Ehsaas International provided Gift hampers to all the teachers for their efforts put through to this noble cause.
The dignitaries participated in the event who spoke on the occasion were Dr. Syed Hanief Balki, KAS, Ad. Commissioner Srinagar, Mirza Mohd Mehdi President Imamia Education and Welfare Trust Bangalore. Shanawaz Bukhari IAS Deputy Commissioner Taxation, Shakeel Maqbool, IAS Ast. Controller General, Ministry of Finance, Hamid Bukhari, IAS, Registrar Corporate Affairs, Prof. Wilayat Razvi, Farat Lone, Secretary Cultural Academy, Dr. Shahzad Asim, Research Head KASRC, Cluster University Sgr. The event was moderated by Sadaf Firdous, Chief Coordinator, WCC.
It is pertinent to mention, Ehsaas International is running 21 coaching centres with the student strength of 2700 which is supported by 125 volunteer teachers across 4 district of Bandipora Baramulla Budgam and Srinagar. These coaching centres have been established since last few year in underprivileged villages. Besides formal education, focus is given on personality development leadership skills and communication which has explored the hidden talents of these neglected students.
