At NIT Srinagar, Ehsaas International sets a motivational tone as an expert invitee to formulate a Comprehensive Career Index.
Pertaining to the International Youth Outreach and Employability Program (IYOEP), NIT Srinagar organised an awareness cum brainstorming workshop on the formulation of an Innovative Career Indexing Tool at NIT Srinagar on Saturday’ March 19 2022.
In line with the session, Experts & Scientists from all the major fields were invited. Mr Tabasum Geelani (Chairman) & Hakim Mohammad Ilyas(General Secretary) from Ehsaas International were called for their expertise and advisory contributions. Ehsaas International has always registered its presence in the field of Social, Educational, Empowerment roles. It has been working rigoursly in the said fields and has even witnessed major breakthroughs. Ehsaas International conducts weekly Career Counseling session in the far flung areas of the valley for deligent guidance and appropriate career path choices of our youth.
Career Indexing is research driven innovative scientific instrument proposed, designed and being developed by startup Move Beyond with the support of Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development Center, NIT Srinagar. The primary objective of the workshop was to evaluate the innovation of career indexing and collect feedback and reviews from the experts.
Apart from Ehsaas International, participants were invited from University of Kashmir, Central University of Kashmir, Islamic University of Science and Technology, Skill Development, Samagra Shiksha , Higher Education, School Education, UNICEF, Tehkeek International.
The workshop saw various stakeholders making brilliant suggestions and got concluded with the suggestions/speech from Mr Tabasum Geelani, Chairman Ehsaas International.
The exercise is seen to be very essential in streamlining the process of career counselling ecosystem in J&K. “Delivering Results and taking guidance service to the doorstep is the essence of the Career Counseling Drill.
Ehsaas International, has worked closely with its students and has made sure that they never feel directionless and always remain under the umbrella of its expert guidance”. He assured 24*7 support to the project.
In lieu of its vision & mission, Ehsaas International will maintain the momentum of bringing around Educational Empowerment amongst the youth and target building a bright futuristic society.
