Ehsaas Trust International in collaboration with AMP (Association of Muslim Professionals organized a mega job drive on 21st May 2022 at the Flambeau Institute, New Secretariat Road, Srinagar. Around 950 Registrations were received and huge number of applicants turned up for the drive coming together from various districts of the valley. Gracing the occasion, Hon’ble Mayor Srinagar, Mr. Junaid Azim Mattu attended the drive as Chief Guest. Motivating the applicants, he said ” Youth of Jammu & Kashmir is talented and mindful, focus should be made towards upscaling their skillset to become rightfully employable to become asset for the society at large. Kashmiris have already made a niche in various work areas around the world and should continue their laudable performance”. He inspired the youth to become go getters and steadfast towards achieving their goals and continue to shine the name of the valley where ever they work. In addition, Shakeel Maqbool Yatoo, (IRS) Deputy Commissioner Taxes was also present at the inaugural of the event. “Demographic Dividend is our power & need to be harnessed in a diligent manner. Youth carries the most profound responsibility and should be encouraged in all their future endeavors”. He gratified the role of Ehsaas International in the community emancipation and social development. Noted Companies including Extramarks, Star Homes, LIC Finance, LIIMR Enterprises were present with vacancies of around 500 in total from diverse fields. Keeping the momentum of bringing hope & youth empowerment, Syed Tabasum Geelani, Chairman Ehsaas Trust International instilled further faith & confidence in the youth to utilize their potentialities and become lucrative for the society at large. “Ehsaas Trust International shall always be at the forefront of activities aimed at Youth Empowerment, Development & Enlightenment, the work would continue to take the mission & vision of Community welfare foward”.
Hakim Mohammad Ilyas, General Secretary, Ehsaas International says ” This was the first of its kind mega job drive in the valley, though a large number of MNC’s could not be called in this time but Ehsaas Trust International shall endeavor to take the mission forward with utmost grit, valour and hard work and foster more tie ups and collaborations”. The Mega Job drive served to be a new experience and became a harbinger of Experience for the youth of the valley. He added.
