Screening of Vulnerable Population for Oxygen Saturation and Possible Covid Symptoms
A milestone initiative, which involved an outreach program for screening of the vulnerable population for Oxygen saturation and possible Covid-19 symptoms. The outreach program came in the backdrop of the training program, wherein 100’s of youth volunteers were trained on basic techniques who belonged to different districts of the valley viz Srinagar, Bandipora, Budgam, Baramulla, Pulwama, and Ganderbal.
Equipment’s like Pulse Oximeters, thermometers, basic protective gears, had been provided to some welfare committees/organizations and trained volunteers. These volunteers were reaching out to thousands of people who were being screened every day in these districts.
The whole process had been connected to the Dial-a-Doctor project wherein more than 300 doctors are registered across the globe for hassle-free 24*7 services to the people of Kashmir.
