Hand-on-Training Provided nine hundred ninety to volunteers
A competency-based hands-on-training was being provided to registered volunteers at Noora Hospital by qualified doctors and para-medical staff. Through the program, a trained volunteer is made competent enough to manage Covid-19 patients at home. We have registered 990 volunteers with us, out of which 550 volunteers have been trained so far, among which 100 volunteers were kept on the job to evaluate SPO2 range at the community level to screen the asymptomatic, unnoticeable COVID-19 patients. More than 20000 vulnerable people have been screened. 236 people were found with below-normal oxygen saturation who were then routed to health specialists via Dial-a-Doctor Service for further medical management.
